Partial Refund (30%): Notify us between 7:00 PM (19:00) and 11:00 PM (23:00) the day prior to your transfer, and we’ll refund 30% of the fee.

No Refund: Cancellations after 11:00 PM (23:00) the day before, or after your flight lands, cannot be refunded.
Cash Payment Bookings
If you opted for cash payment and don’t cancel in advance, the full amount will be charged and collected via your hotel or authorized airport staff.
