2.1. CKT Transfer Turizm Taşımacılık is a service intermediary between the seller and the buyer, and is an intermediary between the parties that purchase and provide services to individual and group customers.

2.2. With this sales contract, the buyer who purchases the service is in the position of the seller and the service provider is considered to have accepted the responsibilities.

2.3. This sales contract is the contract between the buyer (the user who buys the service online) and the buyer (the company that actually provides the service) and is deemed to be accepted by the parties. CKT Transfer Tourism Transportation does not accept any responsibility for service disputes arising from here.

2.4. The buyer declares that he has read the basic characteristics of the service subject to the contract, the sales price and the payment method and all the preliminary information about the service, and has given the necessary confirmation in electronic environment.

2.5. CKT Transfer Tourism accepts responsibility for compelling reasons and weather and natural oppositions that prevent transportation, delays due to incorrect flight information entered into the system, accidents, injuries, diseases, hospital expenses, additional service and transportation expenses that may occur due to this reason, material and moral losses. it doesn’t.

2.6. If the Seller cannot provide service due to force majeure, the BUYER may use one of the rights to cancel the order regardless of the general cancellation rules, or to postpone the service subject to the contract until the obstacle is removed.

In case the BUYER cancels the order in accordance with the specified conditions, the amount paid is paid in 3 days to the account from which the payment was made.

2.7. CKT Transfer Turizm Taşımacılık may subcontract the service in order to provide this service. Under the specified conditions, it can be done by another firm or third parties, institutions or organizations from which it receives contracted services.

  1. Service procurement process:

3.1. CKT Transfer Turizm carries out the sales of transportation and transfer services of transportation service providers.

3.2. In case the relevant banks or financial institutions do not pay the product price to CKT Transfer Turizm Taşımacılık due to the unfair or unlawful use of the BUYER’s credit card by unauthorized persons, not due to the BUYER’s fault, after the service is provided with this contract, provided that the service has been delivered. The BUYER agrees in advance to make a new payment to the CKT Transfer Turizm Taşımacılık account within three (3) business days.

3.3. The transfer voucher belonging to CKT Transfer Turizm Taşımacılık should be shown to the service provider during the service purchase and the information for the return transfer should be checked, if there are any mistakes, they should be corrected, this responsibility belongs to the Buyer.

3.4. All responsibility for determining the return time, determining the meeting place is the responsibility of the Buyer.

3.5. It is the Buyer’s sole responsibility to write the flight information accurately and completely in the fields on the system.

3.6. CKT Transfer Turizm Taşımacılık does not accept any responsibility for the delays of the passengers to the plane or bus due to the incomplete or incorrect flight information specified by the Buyer when making a reservation through the system, the responsibility is entirely the Buyer’s.

3.7. The Buyer follows the flight or bus departure time and is obliged to notify the contact e-mail address or telephone number on the vocher in case of any change, CKT Transfer Turizm Taşımacılık will not take any responsibility for the delays that may occur if it is not notified, the responsibility is entirely the Buyer’s.

3.8. We advise all our customers to read this agreement carefully.

  1. Responsibility at the time of payment:

4.1 CKT Transfer Turizm Taşımacılık provides the infrastructure for maximum secure shopping with the required SSL security certificates in credit card payments. Despite this, illegal credit card payments such as card theft, extra money withdrawals, virus and pop-up methods such as taking over credit card payments can occur in credit card payments. does not accept responsibility for the transactions made.

  1. Cancellation – Changes:

5.1.All cancellations must be made through the system and reported to CKT Transfer Turizm Taşımacılık [email protected] via e-mail.

For cancellations notified until 19:00 1 day before the transfer service, the entire transfer fee is paid to the Buyer.

30% of the transfer fee will be refunded in the cancellation notifications between 19:00 – 23:00 1 day before the transfer service.

Transfer fee is non-refundable for cancellations notified 1 day before the transfer service and after 23:00 or after the flight landing time.

 

  1. Responsibilities:

6.1. CKT Transfer Turizm Taşımacılık does not accept any responsibility for product defects and is not an interlocutor because the service provider of CKT Transfer Turizm Taşımacılık sells its product.

6.2. does not accept responsibility for lost property, extra fee payments, delay, accident, injury, missed flight due to force majeure, late meeting at the pick-up time, extra hospital expenses, accommodation expenses, extra transportation expenses, Buyer and service provider and parties’ insurances in this regard is responsible. Likewise, CKT Transfer Turizm Taşımacılık employees, managers, representatives are not directly responsible in these cases.

6.3. The buyer is obliged to fill in the transfer and service information in the necessary places on the website and are obliged to fill in all these specified meeting time, meeting place, pick-up time (at least 1.5 hours for domestic flights, at least 2.5 hours for international flights. ). The Buyer is responsible for delays that may arise from issues such as transfer and service time, place of purchase, and cannot claim extra fees, material and moral losses for these cases, all this information is filled by the Buyer and followed up by the service recipient.

6.4. Service providers care about being present at the meeting time and place, but this is never guaranteed, any extra expenses, payments, extra service and transportation expenses will not be accepted.

6.5. The waiting time at the airport for the specified service is maximum 60 minutes on domestic lines. It is limited to a maximum of 120 minutes on international lines. There is a maximum waiting time of 30 minutes for Private and Vip transfers, and a maximum of 5 minutes for Group – Shuttle transfers, from the date and time determined for return or pick-up from the hotel-address. From this moment on, the buyer cannot claim any rights, no refunds will be made.

6.6. It is the responsibility of the buyer to fill in the transfer information on the website, and the responsibility for being late, not being able to get additional services, missing airline flights due to this information is the responsibility of the buyer.

6.7. Filling in the transfer and service information is by the buyer, and the service provider is not responsible for the hotel and address not being found or being late for this reason. Extra transportation and service expenses that may occur due to this reason are also the responsibility of the Buyer.

6.8. The service provider provides services in the specified vehicle category, but this is never guaranteed, therefore the service provider reserves the right to change the vehicle type and category.

6.9. For customers arriving at the service meeting point by air; It is the service provider’s responsibility to monitor the airline’s delays, but this is limited to 3 hours. In case of delays of more than 3 hours, CKT Transfer Turizm Taşımacılık should be contacted. Extra charges may apply for waiting times longer than 3 hours. If the buyer is not accepted, the service is not provided.

6.10. In the return transfer, the waiting time for the Buyer at the meeting place (Hotel-address-home) at the time and place is limited to 30 minutes. The buyer who does not come during this period loses his right to service and no refund is made.

6.11. All vehicles to be used for the specified services are the responsibility of the service provider with the vehicles whose legal responsibilities and authorities have been fulfilled.

  1. Change of content in the contract and on the website

7.1. CKT Transfer Turizm Taşımacılık reserves the right to make changes in all the articles in this contract, as well as the price and information on the site, and can make these changes at any time, users are deemed to have accepted these changes without extra notice.

7.2. As a result of breach of contract, tort, negligence or other reasons; does not accept any responsibility for interruption of the transaction, error, negligence, interruption, deletion, loss, delay of the transaction or communication, computer virus, communication error, theft, destruction or unauthorized entry, change or use of the records.

7.3. CKT Transfer Turizm Taşımacılık accepts that it will not use the terms in this contract in illegal unlawful acts, and the user is deemed to have accepted these terms by using the website or by receiving services. In the implementation of this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the settlement of CKT Transfer Turizm Taşımacılık are authorized up to the value declared by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
